On January 26, during the traditional Laba Festival, the Party Branch and Trade Union of Taibang Group jointly organized the themed activity “Laba Festival Warmth: Taibang Accompanies Employees”, delivering care and warmth to employees through bowls of freshly prepared Laba porridge.

At the event, Party members and union volunteers served as warm-hearted messengers, personally handing steaming bowls of Laba porridge to employees while offering sincere holiday greetings. With every kind word and every warm bowl, employees felt the company’s genuine care, and smiles spread across their faces as warmth was shared among all.

This activity not only created a strong sense of festival atmosphere, but also continued Taibang Group’s long-standing tradition of employee care under Party leadership. Party Branch Secretary Chen Renfen stated that although a bowl of Laba porridge is small, it carries deep concern for employees.
