  • Prototype verification, pilot production, small-batch delivery.

9. Delivery & Installation Guidance

  • On-time shipment as per order schedule.
  • Provide installation manuals, wiring diagrams, user guides.
  • Remote or on-site tech support for OEM clients.

10. After-Sales Service

  • Respond within 24h, resolve within 72h.
  • Warranty service, on-site check, return/replacement handling.
